What is the Christmas season without Holiday parties?? Our wonderful residency program director started off the season right by throwing a Christmas party at the super fancy UVA Alumni Center. There were crab cakes, fancy cheeses, local "libations", and even servers walking around with silver trays! It was nice to get out of scrubs and fancy it up a little bit! A pretty good group of interns was able to come.

Perhaps not quite as fancy but equally as fun are the house parties with tacky sweaters and dirty Santa! Also my new favorite holiday game just might be Christmas Pictionary. Hilarious.

My best 'tern friend Hayes and I caught wind that the one and only Mannheim Steamroller was coming to Charlottesville!! We decided this would be our big girl date of the season and splurged a bit on close seats. When we got there, dressed in our Christmas colors, we realized we were on the second row! Awesome! I've never been to a Christmas concert where I wanted to rock out before. It was great!
